Katie Merillat, MBA, SHRM-CP, is the visionary behind Merillat Consulting LLC, with over 15 years of mastery in Payroll and Human Resources Management.  Her passion is at the intersection of HR Compliance and Strategic Development. With unparalleled ability to unravel complexities, ensuring seamless compliance while architecting strategies that transform HR into a strategic powerhouse for your organization. 

As Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Merillat Consulting, Jarrett brings expertise in organizational strategy, team development, and operational efficiency to help companies navigate complex HR challenges. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, Jarrett focuses on strategy development, goal setting, and networking to drive business growth.

He also has extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Hannah Westmoreland is our dedicated Director of Client Services, bringing over a decade of customer service experience to our team. She is highly organized, a quick learner, and a self-starter, consistently delivering exceptional results. Hannah is a leader in change management strategies, with a deep understanding of human resources and payroll processes across various industries and systems. Her role extends to serving as a consultant, where she evaluates employee engagement strategies, conducts workforce training, and assesses the return on investment of systems. Hannah's expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our clients and team.

 Tricia supports Merillat Consulting clients across a variety of industries by providing hands-on expertise in HR operations, HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement. She partners closely with leadership teams to help organizations streamline processes, solve operational challenges, improve employee experience, and support overall business goals.

Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and practical approach, Tricia serves as a trusted resource for both clients and internal teams. She especially enjoys helping organizations create efficient systems and processes that allow leaders to focus on growing their business while maintaining strong HR and operational practices.

Tricia brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to her role. Prior to joining Merillat Consulting, she spent over 15 years leading benefits and HR operations functions while also supporting broader HR management responsibilities, including oversight of HR administrative and onboarding team members. She also served as a Director of Human Resources, partnering with leadership on employee strategy, compliance, operations, and organizational support.

Human Resources has always been more than just a profession for Tricia — it is something she genuinely enjoys. She is passionate about helping people, solving problems, and supporting organizations as they navigate growth, change, and day-to-day operational challenges.

Brittany Prickett is an HR, payroll, and benefits implementation specialist with deep experience supporting organizations through system builds, transitions, and process improvements. With a strong background in payroll tax compliance from her time at Paycom, she excels in multi-state tax requirements, prior-period adjustments, benefits administration, and maintaining clean, accurate workforce data.

At Merillat Consulting, Brittany works hands-on with clients to create efficient HR and payroll workflows, develop clear SOPs, and lead successful HRIS implementations across platforms like Paylocity, Paycom, and Ease. Known for her attention to detail and solution-driven communication style, she helps companies strengthen their HR infrastructure and deliver a better employee experience.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management from Mid-America Christian University.

Garrard Weston brings over a decade of experience in human capital management and HR technology, with a career built on helping organizations modernize how they manage their people. He spent more than ten years in full-cycle SaaS and tech sales, developing deep expertise in HCM platforms and advising C-suite leaders on payroll, HRIS, compliance, and workforce strategy.

At Merillat Consulting, Garrard applies that experience to a broad client base, from small businesses to large multi-state enterprises, helping them streamline HR administration, optimize their systems, and build scalable operations. His consultative, relationship-driven approach makes him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex people-and-operations challenges.

 Jessica Morgan is a customer success and account management leader with more than 13 years of experience helping organizations maximize value from SaaS technology. She has built a career leading high-performing teams, strengthening executive relationships, and driving customer retention and revenue growth across enterprise accounts.

Throughout her career, Jessica has managed multimillion-dollar client portfolios, coached and developed successful teams, and partnered with C-suite executives to deliver strategic business outcomes. She is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, solving complex business challenges, and helping organizations achieve measurable ROI through long-term partnerships.
