Hannah Westmooreland is our dedicated Director of Client Services, bringing over a decade of customer service experience to our team. She is highly organized, a quick learner, and a self-starter, consistently delivering exceptional results. Hannah is a leader in change management strategies, with a deep understanding of human resources and payroll processes across various industries and systems. Her role extends to serving as a consultant, where she evaluates employee engagement strategies, conducts workforce training, and assesses the return on investment of systems. Hannah's expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our clients and team.

Tricia is our dedicated HRIS Coordinator. She handles many other HR duties for MC on a daily basis and is a wealth of knowledge!  Human Resources has always been more than just a profession for Tricia—She genuinely enjoys it. Tricia finds absolute satisfaction in helping people, solving problems, and improving HR systems and processes for everyone involved. Tricia especially enjoys supporting the executive team as they align their people strategies with their company’s broader goals.

This new chapter is even more rewarding because Tricia can now do this work across multiple organizations. Helping various companies tackle their unique challenges and reach their potential is energizing and fulfilling.  Joining Merillat Consulting allows Tricia to continue doing what she loves while working alongside a team that shares my values and commitment to excellence.

 Nikki brings over 15 years of experience in payroll and human resources.  Nikki has deep expertise in driving successful client implementations and streamlining HR operations. As Implementation Manager, she leads cross-functional projects that align client needs with business solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.

Throughout her career, Nikki has held key roles in implementation, project management, and product management. She combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, she helps bridge the gap between technology and people.
